Porsche Design Tower: The Sunny Isles Beach Car Elevator Address

Sunny Isles Beach's most talked-about address is still Porsche Design Tower, home to the Dezervator, a patented car elevator system that lets residents drive their vehicle directly from ground level into a private sky garage attached to their own residence. It's a genuinely rare piece of residential engineering, and it remains one of the building's defining reasons buyers come looking specifically for this tower.

How Porsche Design Tower Fits Into Sunny Isles Beach

The Dezervator concept has only been replicated once since, at Bentley ResidencesMore Info, also in Sunny Isles BeachMore Info and expected to become the tallest residential tower on a US beachfront upon completion. Together, the two buildings give Sunny Isles Beach something no other stretch of coastline anywhere has, two automotive-branded towers with car-elevator systems, both developed by Dezer Development. Buyers drawn to Porsche Design Tower's engineering are almost always comparing it directly against Bentley Residences, and the two are worth viewing together rather than in isolation.
