Cipriani Residences Miami: Brickell's Tallest Residential Tower
Cipriani Residences Miami is rising at 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell, and it is set to become the tallest residential tower in Miami and in the state of Florida. Developed by Mast Capital and designed by Arquitectonica, the 80-story tower is approaching 950 feet, a height that surpassed Panorama Tower's roof in 2026 to claim the title, a record it will hold until Waldorf Astoria Miami tops out.
A Cipriani Address, Not Just a Cipriani Name
Cipriani, the hospitality brand founded on the legacy of Harry's Bar in Venice, brings more than a name to this tower. Residents have access to a private Cipriani restaurant exclusive to owners and their guests, plus in-home dining and 24-hour catering by Cipriani. Private dining rooms are available for reservation, and a residents' social lounge and screening room round out the entertainment spaces.
Wellness Built Into the Tower
The building includes a four-level, cycling-focused wellness center, a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga studios, and a holistic spa with sauna, ice plunge, and treatment rooms. A golf simulator and pickleball court add to the recreation lineup, alongside two swimming pools on an elevated resort deck with cabanas and a sun terrace. Families are covered too, with an indoor and outdoor children's playroom.
Residences and Pricing
The tower will hold 397 condominium residences ranging from one to four bedrooms. Standard residences start at $1.8 million, while the upper-floor Canaletto Collection starts at $4.1 million. Interiors are by 1508 London, with Moss Construction serving as general contractor and Fortune Development Sales handling sales. Completion is expected in 2027.

Brickell Key has its own hospitality-branded project underway. Swire Properties is building two towers at the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, including a 66-story South Tower at about 850 feet. Our guide compares the North Tower and South Tower on price, timing and amenities.
