One Thousand Museum Condo Development
One Thousand Museum was developed in 2019 as Zaha Hadid’s first residential tower in the Western Hemisphere and one of the final projects designed by Hadid in her lifetime. The tower is the first building in the United States to utilize glass-fiber-reinforced concrete as a permanent formwork, with 5,000 pieces shipped from Dubai early in construction. The condo tower’s development team was led by Louis Birdman, Gilberto Bomeny, Kevin Venger, Gregg Covin, and Todd Michael Glaser.

Who Lives at One Thousand Museum? Marc Anthony purchased a unit at the Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum condo tower in downtown Miami in 2021. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Marco Antonio Muñiz, acquired an 8,400-square-foot condo at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard for $11M, or just over $1,300 per square foot. Among other high-profile buyers are LoanDepot billionaire Anthony Hsieh, who paid $19.5M for a 52nd-floor condo, Market America’s CEO James Ridinger, who paid $18.5M for a trophy penthouse, and retired soccer superstar David Beckham and his designer wife, Victoria Beckham, who paid ~$19.8M for a beautiful condo on the 59th floor. Tech entrepreneur Moisey Uretsky dropped $18.3M on the penthouse (5401 and 5402). Uretsky is the founder and CEO of Statype, a Miami-based data software startup.
